SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Standard order processing time for orders 1-3 business days. Orders received over the weekend or Federal holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail (3-6 business days) with tracking information. If your order is over 1lb. It will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which is typically (2-4 business days) with tracking information and delivers Monday-Friday.

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard – Orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days after shipment.

Priority – Orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipment.

APO/FPO/PO BOXES

All orders shipping to APO, FPO or PO Box destinations will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that while we will process and ship your orders as quickly as we can but due to extremely slow processing on Military Installations it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your package. Tracking numbers are available on most shipments to APO, FPO and PO Box installations but once a package arrives on a military installation you will no longer have tracking visibility. Please note that certain items are not eligible to ship to APO, FPO and PO Box destinations.

GUAM, PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and can take 7-10 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship internationally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

HOLIDAY ORDERS

Orders placed on or near a holiday may be delayed due to carrier or distribution center closures. Please be aware of this prior to placing your order. If you plan to order an item around a holiday and want to find out when you need to order to ensure its arrival, please email us at [email protected] 

DROP-SHIPMENTS

Occasionally we will ship an item directly from one of our vendors. These orders typically arrive within 3 to 6 days after the order is processed. Most drop-ship orders have tracking visibility, but we cannot guarantee this. For more information about drop-shipments, please email us at [email protected] 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Occasionally we will ship an order in multiple shipments. In these cases, the customer will only be charged for one shipment. You may receive more than one tracking number for orders that ship in multiple shipments and you can check the status of each shipment by contacting us at [email protected]

BACKORDERS

Unfortunately, sometimes popular items are in backorder. We will ship these items to you as soon as they become available with no additional cost. For help with backordering item please contact us at [email protected]
